Shaping Plan for Cat - Clip Nails

Goal: Lie still on her side with her feet outstretched, and let me clip each one of her nails (5 on the front, 4 on the back)

1. Get comfortable with the nail clippers.
2. Get comfortable with the nail clipper sounds.  
3. Lie on her side.  
4. Open hand pet for her thigh.  
5. Open hand pet for her foot
6. One-finger pet for her thigh.
7. One-finget pet for her foot.  
8. Grip her thigh with 2 fingers. 2>5
9. Grip her foot with 2 fingers.  2>5
10. Grip her foot and show her the nail clippers.  
11. Grip her foot and position the nail clippers.  
12. Grip her foot and cut a nail, immediately letting go.  
13.  Repeat with other nails.  Start with doing one per day, and increase number in one sitting as she is more comfortable with the process.  

One possible shortcut is to just grab the cat's foot and hold it.  Jazz seems pretty OK with this on her front foot, but not on her back feet.
